My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While I appreciated the cozy room all to myself, I was disappointed by the small size and the absence of a bidet in the bathroom, which also had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and respectful, and their helpful and courteous service made up for the initial room letdown. The location in the bustling business district with plenty of eateries around was a major plus, and being close to Robinsons Galleria was the primary reason I selected this hotel.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, near the place I needed to go to, but the room without a window was smaller than expected and quite noisy next to the elevators. The service was friendly, and the facilities offered onsite were convenient. The dining experience was delightful and a good value for money.

This hotel is very conveniently located near Robinsons Galleria, making it perfect for business travellers, couples, and families. The rooms are extremely clean and ideal for individuals under 5'2, though taller guests might find the shower room a bit small. The service is exceptional, with staff consistently welcoming guests with smiles and showing remarkable professionalism. The dining experience is decent, although the lack of breakfast included in the cost could be improved. Overall, great location and accommodations, but the disappointing WiFi is a drawback.
